SNOW REMOVAL

We have all of the equipment and resources to effectively handle any snow event that may occur. We have a broad range of equipment that includes, but is not limited to, 4x4 pickup trucks, skid steers, and end loaders with pusher blades. Also, because we know that every property has its own requirements, we will work with you to make sure that our snow removal operations address all of your property’s needs.

DE-ICING

Our Peterbilt salt trucks outperform all other trucks in the industry. Aside from being efficient and reliable, they are all equipped with liquid de-icing spray units that spray the salt as it is being spread. This makes the salt much more effective, especially at lower temperatures. It also decreases the amount of salt that we use, helping to minimize damage done to landscaping. We also have the proper resources, experience, and long-term relationships to help ensure that we will never run out of salt – even when it is in short supply.

SIDEWALKS

We have the personnel and equipment to properly maintain large expanses of sidewalks. We utilize everything from skid steers with large brushes to walk behind snow blowers to hand shovelers.

COMMUNICATION

When a situation requires immediate attention, an answering machine or email just doesn’t get the job done. Every one of our clients is given the proper information to be able to contact a real person twenty-four hours a day to get the situation rectified as soon as possible.

HAULING AND RELOCATING

We have access to all of the equipment necessary to move large amounts of snow on- or off-site in a timely manner and to bring in additional machinery when necessary.

WEATHER MONITORING

Aside from utilizing forecasts by certified meteorologists, we also use a custom, portable weather monitoring system to stay on top of current weather conditions. With over thirty years of dealing with Chicago winters, we know its idiocyncracies and understand how they affect future weather outcomes. Since decisions on how to deal with a snow event often need to be made hours ahead of time, understanding how minor conditions affect future weather is crucial. We have the experience and resources to make the proper decisions.

INDEPENDENT ACTION

Because we are always on top of the weather, we are ready to take appropriate actions without having to be prompted. Very often during the winter, we send crews out during the night and get our lots down to water and are gone before even the “early birds” arrive to work. Most people don't even realize that we've been there -- they just see parking lots that are clear and free of hazards.
